Problem

Design a branding system and logomark to represent the music industry and local up-and-coming artists. Sutter Studio Records was founded to support local music artists sharing their voice and allow them access to high-end equipment for a relatively low cost.

Solution

I designed a cohesive logomark that symbolizes a 45 Record while incorporating the letter "S" into the overall design. Social Media recognition is a big part of Sutter Studio Records, so the logo was designed to fit nicely within the circle-shaped format of social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. Additionally, the logo was adapted and printed for circular sticker cut-outs for marketing and promotion applications.
